“ Each Master's team may register up to 22 players from which only 17 can be nominated to play in a particular game. The names of the 17 nominated players must be handed to
the appropriate competition official prior to the commencement of the game. All registered players on the team may sit together during games, but only the 17 nominated players may
wear the team's game uniform or soccer footwear. Substitutions in Masters and Junior/Youth games will be a “Rolling Substitutes System” using nominated players only. “
